Production Manager
Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities and workflow. Assign personnel and ensure production targets are met efficiently. Supervise, coach, and develop manufacturing staff. Monitor production processes, equipment, materials, and resources. Implement systems and procedures to improve productivity and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards. Coordinate equipment repairs and evaluate new equipment and techniques. Analyze production data and prepare performance reports. Resolve operational and personnel concerns promptly and effectively. Maintain a positive and productive working relationship with rank-and-file employees. Develop and improve production policies, procedures, and control systems. Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Qualifications Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in a production-related field, preferably at the managerial level. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Able to multitask and oversee multiple production operations simultaneously. Experience in developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to work in Valenzuela City. Preferably residing within the vicinity or willing to relocate prior to onboarding.
