Production Manager

Job Description

Dehnee Perfume Factory LLC is looking for an experienced and responsible Production Manager to oversee and manage our perfume manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in production planning, perfume manufacturing, team management, inventory coordination, quality control, and production scheduling.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily production operations, maintaining product quality, meeting production targets, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely completion of orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily perfume production activities.
• Manage the production of perfumes, including fragrance blending, filling, bottling, labeling, packing, and final packaging.
• Prepare production schedules based on customer orders, stock availability, and delivery deadlines.
• Monitor production targets and ensure orders are completed on time.
• Supervise production workers and allocate duties according to production requirements.
• Coordinate with the procurement and store departments to ensure the availability of raw materials, fragrance oils, bottles, caps, boxes, and packaging materials.
• Monitor raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize wastage and maintain proper stock control.
• Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team to identify and resolve production or quality issues.
• Maintain accurate production records, daily reports, material consumption records, and wastage reports.
• Identify production delays, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all machinery and production equipment are properly maintained.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness, safety standards, and proper handling of fragrance oils and chemicals.
• Coordinate with the sales, procurement, warehouse, and quality control teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor employee attendance, productivity, discipline, and performance.
• Continuously improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize material wastage.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable UAE safety requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or Production Supervisor in a perfume manufacturing factory.
• Strong knowledge of perfume production processes, including fragrance blending, filling, bottling, and packaging.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple production orders and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience maintaining production reports.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management software is an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
