Your missions :

Lead and coordinate all value stream activities, ensuring full compliance with GMP requirements while operating within established safety, quality, delivery, and cost parameters. Drive continuous improvement across vaccine manufacturing processes within the Production function and collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Purchasing, Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and Regulatory Affairs. Ensure manufacturing operations meet regulatory and quality standards while supporting Ceva's strategic objectives and overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end vaccine manufacturing value stream, ensuring safe, efficient, and GMP-compliant operations.

Drive delivery of the production plan, optimising performance, quality, cost, and service levels.

Provide leadership to production teams, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Own value stream financial performance, including budget management, productivity improvement, and cost optimisation initiatives.

Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, quality, and health & safety requirements, maintaining inspection readiness at all times.

Lead operational excellence initiatives, implementing continuous improvement practices and driving performance through KPI management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Regulatory Affairs, to achieve business objectives.

Support strategic planning, capital investment projects, and site development initiatives to enhance capability, capacity, and efficiency.

Sponsor and lead key projects, including process improvements, technology transfers, and operational transformation initiatives.

Your profile :

Experience & Skills

Proven leadership experience within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment, preferably pharmaceuticals, biologics, or vaccines.

Strong knowledge of production operations, quality systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, driving engagement, performance, and accountability.

Experience managing budgets, operational performance, and cost optimisation initiatives.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Regulatory functions.

Proven project management and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on delivering sustainable business improvements.

Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.

Degree qualified in a scientific, engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
