Pasig City Full-Time | Monday to Friday Job Description Casterly Ventures Corp. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee the company's production operations. The Production Manager will be responsible for managing production activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, monitoring team performance, and achieving departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge in computer refurbishment and repair, and the ability to drive operational efficiency within the production team. Duties and Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily production operations and workflow. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Monitor and achieve departmental and team KPIs. Supervise, train, and evaluate production personnel. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production processes. Oversee computer refurbishment, testing, and repair activities. Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency. Participate in pull-out activities, client projects, and other operational requirements when necessary. Prepare production reports and provide updates to management. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Management, or any related four-year course. Must have experience in the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) industry. Knowledge and hands-on experience in computer repair, refurbishment, troubleshooting, and hardware diagnostics. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Willing to work on-site and participate in field operations when required.
