The role leads production planning and scheduling, manpower deployment, raw material utilization, inventory coordination, and workflow management to achieve required production volumes while maintaining food quality, consistency, cost efficiency, and operational productivity. The Production Manager works closely with Culinary, Quality and Food Safety, Warehouse, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure the availability of materials and the smooth execution of daily production requirements. The position is also responsible for enforcing food safety, sanitation, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and other applicable regulatory and company standards; monitoring production yields, wastage, and variances; identifying opportunities for process improvement; and ensuring that the production team consistently meets ACES’ operational and service commitments. The Production Manager supports ACES’ commitment to providing reliable, high-quality, and efficient food solutions through disciplined production management, strong team leadership, and continuous improvement.
