PRODUCTION MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager with strong expertise in fabrication, welding, blasting, painting, and industrial production. Key Requirements

• 12–15+ years of proven experience in fabrication, welding & painting production.
• Strong background in structural steel / heavy fabrication.
• Excellent knowledge of MIG, TIG & Arc welding processes.
• Strong knowledge of blasting, surface preparation & painting/coating systems.
• Proven ability to manage large production teams, manpower and workshop operations.
• Strong experience in production planning, scheduling, target achievement & project execution.
• Ability to read and understand engineering/fabrication drawings, specifications and WPS/PQR.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC, HSE, productivity, rework and material wastage control.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Marine, Shipyard, Heavy Fabrication or Industrial Projects is preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, coordination and decision-making skills.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Manufacturing / Metallurgy Engineering or related field preferred.
• PMP or relevant welding/fabrication certifications will be an advantag
• Responsibilities
• Manage and control daily production across fabrication, welding and painting departments.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly production targets without compromising quality or safety.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment and production schedules.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Procurement, Stores and Project teams.
• Monitor productivity, quality, rework, wastage and production KPIs.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality and HSE standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure on-time project delivery.

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
