Job Title: Production Manager – Aluminium

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our team in Dubai and manage production operations related to special aluminium, glass, and facade systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily aluminium and glass production activities.
• Plan and monitor production schedules, targets, and workflow.
• Oversee the fabrication of special aluminium, glass, and facade systems.
• Ensure production meets quality standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project, design, procurement, and site teams.
• Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and production efficiency.
• Identify production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure timely completion of production as per project schedules.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Production Management.
• Strong experience in Aluminium, Glass, Facade, or Metal Industry.
• Experience in special aluminium fabrication and production is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, fabrication, and team management.
• Good understanding of aluminium and glass production processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: From AED9,000.00 per month
