Reviews and verifies data entry of daily and bi-monthly inventory of raw and packaging materials for accuracy. Below are the roles and responsibilities of Production Analyst: Oversees all aspects of inventory control and quality assurance pertaining to raw and packaging materials. Conducts inventory of raw, packaging materials, work-in process and finished products in bi-monthly basis. Prepare month-end inventory and submit to Accounting with updated price. Conducts inventory of Office supplies and prepare requisition and transfer request. Conducts inventory of Kitchen supplies, equipment and fixed assets. Assist Asst. Production Supervisor in providing material’s forecast to Production Manager for review and approval prior submission to Supplies every 25th of the month for next month’s production use. Prepare GRPO (Good Receipt Purchase Order) and submit to Accounting on time. Prepare Picklist and Delivery Receipts for condiments, Salad Dressing and Bagoong packed in bottles. Ensure proper distribution of condiments, Salad Dressing and Bagoong as per store orders and allocations. Monitor stock level and inventory of condiments, Salad Dressing and Bagoong. Coordinate with Supplies and Purchasing for the smooth delivery of packaging materials and pick-up of items. Reports any noted operational problems to the Production Manager for immediate resolution. Assist in the completion of self-assessment cGMP and Food Safety Audit and Inspection. Performs other related duties as assigned by Production Supervisor and Manager. Work Location: In person
