Job Description – Production Engineer

Department: Production Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Engineer with experience in HVAC and refrigerants to oversee daily production activities, ensure product quality, and achieve production targets efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily production activities related to HVAC and refrigerants.
• Plan production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Monitor refrigerant filling, cylinder handling, and packaging processes, where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams.
• Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
• Identify production issues and implement improvements.
• Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of refrigerants in accordance with applicable safety requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production.
• Experience in HVAC and refrigerants is required.
• Knowledge of refrigerant handling, filling processes, and safety procedures is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
