Lead, supervise, and motivate store managers and retail staff. Set and monitor sales, operational, and customer service targets. Analyze store performance, sales reports, inventory levels, and operating expenses. Develop strategies to improve sales, productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall store performance. Ensure proper implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Monitor inventory management, stock availability, stock transfers, and inventory accuracy. Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance, HR, and other departments to support store operations. Conduct regular store visits and operational audits to identify issues and opportunities for improvement. Ensure stores maintain proper merchandising, cleanliness, safety, and visual standards. Handle customer concerns and assist in resolving operational issues. Monitor staffing requirements, employee performance, attendance, and scheduling. Coach and develop store managers and employees to improve performance and leadership capabilities. Prepare and present regular operational and performance reports to management. Control operational costs and ensure efficient use of company resources. Identify process improvements and implement initiatives to increase operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with applicable company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or any related course. At least 5 years of experience in retail management or operations , preferably with experience managing multiple stores. Strong leadership and people-management skills. Proven ability to manage sales targets and operational KPIs. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-service oriented and results-focused. Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail/POS systems. Willing to conduct regular store visits and field work. Willing to travel when required. Work Location: In person
