# PRODUCT & VENDOR MANAGER **UMAR** · Singapore · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Position Summary In this role, you will lead the international procurement of specialized, medical-grade tools (such as precision e-files and diamond burs), regulatory-compliant chemical solutions, and professional cosmetics. Your primary focus will be on international vendor negotiations, supply chain optimization, Health Sciences Authority (HSA)compliance monitoring, and managing commercial inventory frameworks across our salon network. Responsibilities: 1. Product Sourcing & Procurement Research, identify, and procure specialized, professional-grade Russian manicure/pedicure tools. Source premium hard gels, structured rubber bases, and pigments from elite Russian and European brands that meet the salon’s standards for quality & safety. Manage the procurement and commercial launch of unique, niche retail products that are otherwise unavailable in Singapore, ensuring the salon maintains an exclusive market edge. Stay updated on global trends for services provided by the salon to ensure the salon remains competitive. 2. Vendor & Supplier Management Build and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors, negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to optimize costs and ensure timely supply. Vet suppliers for reliability, and absolute product authenticity. Resolve supply chain issues and manage returns/refunds. 3. Product Testing & Quality Control Enforce strict European medical-grade sterilization and instrument-handling protocols across all nail and beauty tools, maintain Russian nail hygiene standards. Partner closely with the Technical Quality Control Manager and test new product batches for durability, safety, and chemical compliance to ensure they meet the salon’s standards and are compatible with dry hardware techniques. Train staff in advanced product chemistry and consultative retail techniques, enabling them to confidently educate clients on how to use these exclusive, specialized products for their at-home nail and beauty care. 4. Service Delivery Support Assist in Russian-style manicures/pedicures during peak hours, staff shortages, or for VIP clients, utilizing your expertise in Russian nail art to stay connected to client needs and product performances. Assist in refining service protocols based on hands-on experience with products and tools. 5. Inventory & Cost Management Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking, using software tools for tracking. Analyse product costs and recommend cost-saving strategies without compromising quality. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working within a specialized Russian nail business or premium European-style salon concept. Master-level expertise in Russian E-file manicures/pedicures, structured gel overlays (BIAB), and safe cuticle pocket clearing. Strong foundational knowledge of brow lamination chemistry and luxury cosmetic brands is highly preferred. Advanced understanding of nail anatomy, Russian nail hygiene and safety protocols. Deep, non-negotiable understanding of multi-step decontamination, ultrasonic cleaning, and autoclave sterilization processes. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Fluent in Russian; proficiency in English (to communicate with the team, global suppliers and clients).
