The role serves as a product knowledge and communication support resource for the brands by translating brand-approved product information into clear, customer-friendly selling spiels, FAQs, response guides, and training materials. The Product Trainer shall also support product-related inquiries received through social media and other customer touchpoints. All product facts, claims, campaign direction, and key messages must originate from the concerned Brand Team. The Product Trainer may develop the recommended spiel or response wording, but all customer-facing spiels and communication materials must be reviewed and approved by the Brand Supervisor or Brand Manager before release or use. Duties & Responsibilities 1. Product Training & Field Support Conduct product knowledge training, refresher sessions, coaching, and product demonstrations for BAs, Sales Teams, and other customer-facing teams. Ensure understanding of product features, benefits, ingredients, proper usage, USP, NPDs, priority SKUs, promotions, bundles, and campaign mechanics. Observe BA/customer interactions and coach teams on accurate product recommendation, objection handling, and selling techniques. Identify recurring product knowledge gaps and recommend corrective training or reference materials. 2. Social Media & Customer Inquiry Support Serve as product knowledge support for product-related inquiries received through official social media pages and other approved customer touchpoints. Develop recommended response spiels, FAQs, and easy-to-understand explanations based strictly on product information and direction provided by the concerned Brand Team. Help ensure responses are clear, consistent, customer-friendly, and aligned with approved product claims. Escalate complaints, adverse reactions, technical concerns, or inquiries requiring Brand, Regulatory, Quality Assurance, or other specialized review. The Product Trainer shall not independently create or approve new product claims, medical claims, usage claims, or brand positions. 3. Brand Communication & Spiel Development Support the Brand Team in converting approved product information into customer-facing spiels, product FAQs, quick-reference guides, BA scripts, live-selling guides, and other product communication materials. BRAND TEAM: Provides the official product facts, approved claims, campaign direction, mandatory messages, product priorities, and source information. PRODUCT TRAINER: Develops the recommended spiel, response flow, customer-friendly wording, and training explanation based on the Brand brief. BRAND SUPERVISOR / BRAND MANAGER: Reviews and gives final approval before any spiel or product communication is released, cascaded, posted, or used externally. Maintain an updated master FAQ / approved spiel bank per brand for recurring customer questions and training use. 4. Weekly & Monthly Coordination Align regularly with Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce/Social Media teams, and other concerned departments on priority products and recurring customer inquiries. Submit a weekly summary of training conducted, recurring inquiries, product objections, knowledge gaps, and recommended actions. Review frequently asked social media/customer questions and recommend updates to training modules, FAQs, and approved response spiels. Support NPD launches, campaigns, activations, live selling, BA Days, and peak sales periods through product briefing and communication support. 5. Governance & Accuracy Use only the latest Brand-approved product information, claims, mechanics, and references. Ensure obsolete or superseded spiels are removed from active use once a revised version is approved. No externally facing product spiel, FAQ, response guide, or communication developed by the Product Trainer may be implemented without Brand Supervisor or Brand Manager approval. Coordinate with the appropriate department when a concern falls outside the Product Trainer's authority or requires technical validation Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, or Retail Supervision (preferably in FMCG or Consumer Goods). Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
