About the Role

We are seeking a Product Specialist with hands-on knowledge of brokerage technology, trading products and client lifecycle operations to support the development and enhancement of BitDelta.pro. The role combines product delivery, platform understanding and cross-functional execution across CRM, MetaTrader 5 (MT5), payment service providers (PSPs), introducing broker (IB) and affiliate programs, copy/social trading and derivatives.

Key Responsibilities

Trading Platform & Product Delivery

• Gather business requirements, write PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize enhancements and coordinate releases across web, mobile, admin and trading systems.
• Support MT5-related product workflows including trading accounts, order types, positions, leverage, margin, commissions, swaps, symbol configuration and client-facing trading journeys.
• Translate requirements for forex, CFDs, futures and options (F&O), perpetual futures and other derivatives into clear product workflows, with attention to margin, funding, P&L, liquidation and risk controls.

CRM, Onboarding & Payments

• Improve CRM workflows covering lead capture, assignment, pipeline stages, sales follow-ups, segmentation, customer lifecycle and reporting.
• Optimize registration, KYC, account approval, funding and activation journeys with Compliance, Operations and Support.
• Coordinate PSP integrations and improvements for deposits, withdrawals, payment status, callbacks/webhooks, reconciliation, failures, refunds and jurisdiction-specific payment journeys.

Partnerships & Social Trading

• Support IB and affiliate functionality including partner onboarding, referral attribution, commission/rebate rules, hierarchy, reporting and payout workflows.
• Work on copy/social trading features including strategy-provider and follower onboarding, trade replication, allocation, performance visibility and associated risk disclosures/controls.

Quality, Analysis & Collaboration

• Prepare UAT scenarios, validate end-to-end journeys, triage defects and coordinate sign-off and production readiness with QA and Engineering.
• Analyze competitor brokerage platforms, product adoption, conversion funnels and customer feedback to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Trading Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Technology on requirements, dependencies and releases.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in brokerage/fintech product operations, product management, business analysis or trading-platform implementation.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and MT5 trading workflows; ability to discuss operational scenarios with technical and business stakeholders.
• Practical understanding of PSP/payment journeys, IB/affiliate structures and copy/social trading products.
• Sound understanding of forex, CFDs, derivatives, F&O and perpetual futures, including order execution, leverage, margin and trading risk.
• Experience documenting requirements, running UAT and working with Agile teams and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with an MT5 broker, multi-asset brokerage, trading technology vendor or fintech payments provider.
• Exposure to MT5 Manager/Admin, CRM–MT5 integrations, PSP APIs/webhooks or broker back-office systems.
• Experience with IB commission engines, affiliate portals, copy-trading platforms and regulatory/jurisdiction-specific onboarding.
• Familiarity with API integrations, reporting dashboards, SQL or operational data analysis.
