Strong communication skills (in-person and online/chat). Knowledgeable in social media selling (Facebook Page, Messenger). Familiar with e-commerce platforms (Lazada Seller Center, Shopee Seller Center, TikTok Shop). Sales-driven and target-oriented. Organized and detail-oriented in handling orders. Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory systems). Duties and Responsibilities: Assist walk-in customers in the store and recommend suitable furniture products. Respond to Facebook Page inquiries, online messages, and customer questions promptly. Process and manage online orders from Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop. Coordinate with warehouse and delivery team for order fulfillment. Monitor order status, payments, and delivery updates. Ensure accurate product posting, pricing, and stock availability online. Achieve monthly sales targets (in-store and online). Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally. Maintain proper documentation of sales and transactions.
