Product & Packaging Designer (ALL Nationalities can apply)

3-5 years of EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: This is a cosmetics company; freshers are not welcome.

Everform is looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented PRODUCT & PACKAGING DESIGNER to help shape the visual and physical expression of our products. This role will work across product design, packaging development, branding, and production to create engaging, functional, and commercially successful experiences.

The ideal candidate is both creatively driven and highly practical—someone who can develop compelling concepts while understanding materials, manufacturing, structural requirements, print production, cost considerations, and the customer experience.

About the Role

As a Product & Packaging Designer, you will be responsible for developing products and packaging from initial concept through final production. You will collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure every detail reflects Everform’s brand standards and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop product concepts, packaging systems, and visual design solutions that align with Everform’s brand identity.
• Create sketches, mood boards, 2D layouts, 3D concepts, prototypes, mockups, and presentation materials.
• Design packaging structures and graphics for primary, secondary, and shipping packaging.
• Translate creative concepts into production-ready files and specifications.
• Collaborate with vendors, manufacturers, engineers, printers, and suppliers throughout the development process.
• Evaluate materials, finishes, construction methods, sustainability considerations, and production constraints.
• Prepare dielines, print-ready artwork, technical drawings, prototypes, and sample reviews.
• Conduct design research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
• Maintain consistency across product, packaging, labeling, and marketing touchpoints.
• Participate in design reviews and clearly communicate creative decisions to internal and external partners.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, revisions, and production details simultaneously.
• Review pre-production samples and provide detailed feedback to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Help establish and maintain packaging guidelines, templates, libraries, and design systems.
• Contribute to a culture of thoughtful design, experimentation, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, product design, graphic design, packaging design, or any other equivalent professional experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating product and packaging design projects from concept through production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience creating dielines, technical artwork, packaging mockups, and production-ready files.
• Understanding of packaging materials, printing processes, manufacturing methods, and finishing techniques.
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create clear presentations and communicate design concepts effectively.
• Experience working with vendors, manufacturers, printers, or production partners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, curious, and solutions-oriented approach to design.

Salary: AED6000 - 8000 AED + Visa + Insurance + 1 day off in a week

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
