Write clear, actionable user stories for payment gateways, digital wallets, or neobanking features. Partner daily with software engineers, UX designers, QA testers, and compliance/legal officers. Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups to ensure developers understand scope and priorities. Ensure features adhere to financial regulations (such as local central bank or data privacy laws) and information security standards. Analyze customer behavior, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and refine features based on data metrics. 2 to 5+ years in a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager role, ideally within fintech, banking, or SaaS. Deep familiarity with Scrum processes, user story mapping, and tracking tools like Jira and Confluence. Basic understanding of financial architectures (APIs, payment rails, ledger systems) and regulatory frameworks.
