Responsibilities: Author comprehensive PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) for campaigns and product features, ensuring rigorous business logic, edge-case exception handling, and data tracking specifications (event tracking/telemetry), while driving reviews across R&D, UI/UX design, and QA to oversee the entire release lifecycle. Continuously monitor industry competitors and market trends, deconstruct their campaign design mechanics and numerical balance/loops, and produce actionable competitive research reports. Align closely with core product data metrics, proactively identify optimization opportunities, and design targeted operational strategies and campaign plans to drive measurable business results. Manage operational backend configurations and testing, ensuring all campaign rules and parameters are configured accurately, and identify workflow bottlenecks to propose efficiency improvements for backend tools. Conduct regular post-campaign reviews and performance retrospectives, derive actionable optimization solutions from data analysis, and coordinate subsequent technical implementation to achieve continuous closed-loop improvements. Requirements: 3+ years of professional experience in product operations, live operations, or product management. Strong logical reasoning and structured thinking skills, with a proven ability to write comprehensive, detail-oriented requirement documentation; proficient in industry tools such as Axure, Excel, and XMind. High data sensitivity with the capability to independently establish analytical frameworks and a proven track record of closed-loop problem identification and resolution. Meticulous attention to detail, comprehensive problem-solving mindset, strong resilience under fast-paced project cycles, and the agility to adapt rapidly to new responsibilities. . ***Permanent Hong Kong Resident is preferred.
