This role requires strategic planning, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful launch and lifecycle management of products. The Product Manager will act as the primary liaison between the company and its stakeholders, driving product innovation and ensuring alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends, and translate these insights into actionable product strategies. - Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones and launches. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure seamless product development and execution. - Define product requirements and specifications, and work closely with engineering teams to ensure these are met. - Monitor product performance and customer feedback, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions on product enhancements or modifications. - Develop pricing strategies and positioning for products to maximize profitability and market share. - Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, including senior management, to communicate product vision, strategy, and performance. - Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. - Manage the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring products meet quality standards and customer expectations. Required Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Required Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related role. - Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle. - Experience working in a scientific or educational products industry is preferred. - Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product strategy. Required Skills and Abilities: - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. - Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - High level of creativity and problem-solving skills.
