Reporting to the Product Head, you will serve as a key individual contributor driving product creation, cross-functional alignment, regulatory filings, and channel execution. Job Description: Support the end-to-end launch of new savings and wealth solutions, translating customer insights into impactful product features. Work with digital and operations teams to optimize purchasing and policy-servicing touchpoints for savings customers. Work daily with Actuarial, Legal/Compliance, and Channel teams to keep product launch milestones on schedule. Navigate internal governance frameworks and regulatory guidelines to embed proper risk controls into product designs. Prepare high-quality product collaterals, committee papers, and regulatory submission documentation for seamless approvals. Monitor market intelligence and competitor product features (such as IRR structures and fulfillment ratios) to identify market opportunities Job Requirements: University degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in insurance product management, product marketing, actuarial, or distribution channels. Demonstrates strong analytical ability, business acumen, and a customer-first mindset with proven agility to deliver under tight deadlines independently. Exceptional command of English and Chinese (written/spoken) with a talent for conveying complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
