Product Manager-(TCG)

Genius HRTech is recruiting a Product Manager – Trading Card Games (TCG) on behalf of an established gaming and entertainment business in Dubai.

This role will lead the growth of the TCG portfolio across the UAE and GCC, overseeing product selection, launches, pricing, demand forecasting and stock planning. You will manage publisher and retail partnerships, drive commercial performance, and support events and community engagement.

Location: Dubai, UAE, with regional travel across the GCC

Employment type: Full-time, permanent

Key responsibilities

• Manage the TCG portfolio, product assortment and release calendar.
• Build publisher relationships and negotiate pricing, allocations and commercial terms.
• Oversee pre-orders, demand forecasting and inventory planning.
• Drive category revenue, profitability and sell-through.
• Support retail and e-commerce growth across the region.
• Coordinate product launches, tournaments and organised play initiatives.

Requirements

• Direct professional experience in the Trading Card Game industry, ideally with a publisher, distributor or retailer.
• Hands-on knowledge of major TCGs such as Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh! or One Piece.
• Proven experience managing product launches, pricing, forecasting and category profitability.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and inventory management or ERP systems.
• Fluent English; GCC market experience is an advantage.

Relevant TCG industry experience is essential. Candidates whose experience is solely in other product categories or industries will not be considered.
