Product Manager – Storage, Networking, Systems & Virtualization Solutions Location : Remote (Work Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time, USA) Job Type: Full-time Compensation : Competitive salary + Benefits Key Responsibilities: - Product Strategy & Roadmap: - - Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for StoneFly’s storage, networking, and virtualization solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals. - Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential enhancements. - Product Development: - - Work closely with the engineering and development teams to ensure timely and successful execution of product development projects. - Translate customer and market requirements into actionable product features and detailed specifications. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: - - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market strategies. - Serve as the product expert for both internal teams and customers, providing insights and support during sales pitches, training sessions, and customer engagements. - Customer Focus: - - Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation across StoneFly’s product lines. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their evolving needs and ensure the products meet their expectations. - Performance Monitoring & Reporting: - - Track and analyze key product performance metrics, including adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. - Provide regular reports on product performance and make data-driven recommendations for future development and marketing efforts. Required Qualifications: - Proven experience in product management, preferably within the technology sector (storage, networking, systems, or virtualization). - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure solutions, including storage systems (SAN, NAS), networking technologies, server systems, and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.). - Ability to work cross-functionally in a remote setting, managing product lifecycles from concept to launch. - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Experience in setting and managing product roadmaps, priorities, and timelines. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience working with StoneFly’s products and solutions is a plus. - Familiarity with cloud storage, disaster recovery, or backup solutions. - Proven success in managing products through all stages of the product lifecycle, from ideation to retirement.
