# Product Manager (Owner-level) — POS & Restaurant Tech **Blogic Systems** · Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Top 3 reasons to join us USA company building products for U.S. consumers Competitive salary for top talent Professional, high-performance working environment Job description BLogic Systems builds POS systems for the U.S. restaurant and bar market. Our product team in Ho Chi Minh City works directly with our U.S.-based team (CEO, Customer Success, Sales, IT Support). We're building our leadership layer and looking for a Product Manager who runs a project like an owner — not a coordinator. What you'll do Own one or more projects end to end — accountable for progress, scope, risk, and output quality. This is an owner role, not a status-reporting role. Set specific weekly and monthly goals for your projects, track them openly, and own the outcome — including course-correcting fast when a target is at risk. Make the hard calls and stand behind them — cut scope, move a release, decline a request, or change how the team works. We need someone who can say "no" with a clear rationale, including to the CEO. Work directly with BA, UI/UX, Dev, and QA to surface and clear blockers before they become problems — not after. Partner with the U.S. team (CEO, Customer Success, Sales, IT Support) to understand customers' real problems and translate them into clear, buildable requirements for the VN team. Own and maintain the product roadmap, keeping priorities transparent and aligned with business goals. Set and uphold delivery process — Definition of Done, mandatory reviews, release checklists, and backward compatibility. Own release quality. Our standard: every feature must meet at least a 99% quality bar at release — each feature ships fully working, not "90% good enough" on average. Use AI tools to work faster and better — for research, spec writing, competitive and bug-data analysis, and documentation. Your skills and experience What we need from you 5+ years as a Product Manager / product owner on real, shipped software products. Hands-on ownership of feature specs, product backlogs, and measurable user metrics. Proven end-to-end delivery — you've owned a product or a major area from concept to production and stayed accountable for the results. Enough technical depth to hold your own with engineers — you don't need to code daily, but you must understand architecture, read an API spec, and recognize when an estimate doesn't add up. Real, demonstrated AI-tool fluency — not "I've used ChatGPT." Show us specifically how you use AI to speed up work: writing specs, competitor analysis, reviews, bug-data analysis, and more. Sharp logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills — especially under ambiguity or pressure. A strong grasp of UI/UX and how it shapes product design and outcomes. English sufficient to read and write technical documentation. Clear written communication. Big plus if you have Experience with POS, payments, F&B tech, or products serving the U.S. market. Ability to read code at a conversational level, query data (SQL or logs), and reason about distributed systems (APIs, events/queues, caching, data stores). A track record of joining a struggling team and genuinely turning it around. Experience managing products with attached hardware (terminal, printer, scale, KDS). Why you'll love working here Competitive salary for top talent 13th-month salary + performance bonuses. Annual salary review Premium health insurance Access to AI tools for daily work and career growth Company trip + team building Free coffee Professional Development Opportunities (Pluralsight, Udemy Account)
