Job location: - Brightstar HQ, Block D, Medan Connaught, Jalan 3/144A, Cheras, 56000 Kuala Lumpur - Nearest station: Taman Connaught MRT (Kajang Line) - Working days: Monday–Friday (9:30am–6:30pm or 10:00am–7:00pm), Saturday half day Key responsibilities: - Lead product strategy and category planning for IT hardware - Own category sales, margin and inventory targets - Build strategic relationships with brands and distributors - Plan product launches, promotions and pricing strategies - Lead and develop the product team Requirements: - Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field - At least 3–5 years of product/category management experience in IT or consumer electronics - Proven record in managing sales, margin and stock - Strong leadership, negotiation and analytical skills - Good communication skills in English What we offer: - EPF, SOCSO & EIS contributions - Annual leave & medical leave per Employment Act 1955 - Career growth in a multi-branch IT retail company About us: Brightstar Computer Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian IT retailer with outlets at Plaza Low Yat, IOI City Mall, Leisure Mall and Vivacity Megamall (Kuching), supported by our HQ team in Medan Connaught, Cheras.
