Manage social media presence, content strategy, and online engagement. Oversee performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and optimize ROI. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights. Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Sales, Content) to create marketing collaterals. Monitor campaign metrics and prepare monthly performance reports. Manage partnerships, events, and brand promotional activities. Lead, mentor, and support the marketing team to achieve targets.
