Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You’ve come to the right place. YOUR IMPACT Your work will involve helping ensure our products remain reliable, secure, responsive to user needs, and continuously improved through practical, incremental enhancements. You’ll work with our OrgLabteam, where you’ll help build and maintain digital products that support better organizational learning, collaboration, and ways of working. You'll be working independently or with guidance from senior colleagues, delivering OrgLab capabilities with high levels of client value, usability, data quality, reliability, and predictability. You'll partner with product leaders, engineers, designers, Client & Insights delivery colleagues, and organizational-design experts throughout discovery, delivery, launch, and adoption. You'll participate in and lead discovery and concept sprints for OrgLab modules and workflows, defining problems, hypotheses, MVP scope, success measures, and requirements based on practitioner feedback, client needs, and organizational-design use cases. You'll also co-develop, maintain, and socialize the OrgLab roadmap, working with subject-matter experts across diagnostics, benchmarking, opportunity sizing, future-state design, talent selection, and adoption. Day to day, you'll map end-to-end journeys for OrgLab administrators, practitioners, client-service teams, and client stakeholders; clarify trade-offs and dependencies; identify and escalate product, data, security, methodological, and delivery risks; and negotiate priorities so teams deliver the highest-value outcomes within tight timelines and budgets. You'll guide capabilities from discovery through launch and adoption, including prototype review, backlog prioritization, acceptance criteria, testing, release readiness, practitioner enablement, feedback loops, and measurement of usage and impact. YOUR GROWTH Driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is not easy work.
