Responsibilities: * Plan and develop new fashion products and collections. * Research and select suitable fabrics, materials, colors, and details. * Work closely with the design and production teams to bring products to life. * Communicate with factories and suppliers regarding production requirements. * Follow up on samples, fittings, modifications, and final production. * Make sure products meet the required quality, fit, design, and cost standards. * Track production timelines and make sure products are delivered on time. * Identify and solve any production or product-related issues. * Stay updated on fashion trends, fabrics, and market needs. Requirements: * Experience in fashion product development or production. * Good understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and quality. * Strong organization and follow-up skills. * Good communication and problem-solving skills. * Strong eye for fashion, detail, and product quality Pay: E£20,000.00 - E£40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
