Our platform connects point of sale, kitchen display systems, e-commerce, self-service kiosks, delivery management and aggregator integrations into one ecosystem, so every order flows smoothly from menu browsing to doorstep delivery. Therefore, DC is one of our core strategic pillars and we’re investing heavily in a new platform with state-of-the-art technology that is future-, and with that, AI-ready. Nope - we believe it’s accelerating opportunities instead, allowing to solve problems smarter and faster and therefore we’re at the forefront of AI with Agentic Agile at the core of this role. What you’ll do in short, beyond the standard Product Manager role - Own the DC roadmap, backlog and sprints from 2 weeks to 18 months. - Understand the needs from our customers and distinguish random requests from actual product-led value adding ideas: - Understand local-country needs vs Europe-wide implementation needs. - Contribute to the CPTO’s Strategy & Vision. - Work closely with our PMs from the Data, POS, and Services & Integrations teams. - Translate the obsession of our customers to their commercial success. - Monitor day to day our platform and the data from our customers. - Work with engineers and analysts to ship product-led features. - Keep improving the way product, tech, and data work together. - Act on data: Use metrics and feedback to find opportunities and fix friction fast. Moreover - Product Strategy: You own the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Digital Commerce platform, together with the CPTO. You share it clearly, so everyone knows where DC is heading and why. - Opportunity Spotting: You find guest problems, friction points and unmet needs using data, research and direct feedback. You keep an eye on market trends, competitors and new tech, AI included, to improve how guests discover, engage with and order through our platform. - Customer Focus: You work closely with Operations to understand what really matters to our customers. You turn their needs into requests that fit the product strategy, and you're confident saying no when something doesn't fit the product-led roadmap. - Product Discovery: You turn fuzzy problems into clear hypotheses, prototypes and scoped initiatives. Then you take them all the way from early discovery through build, launch and iteration. - Stakeholder Alignment: You team up with Engineering, Design, Data and the other PMs to build and ship new DC initiatives. You get everyone aligned on priorities, handle dependencies across teams and keep delivery on track. - Design Partnership: You build a strong relationship with Design and bring a good eye for it, so our guest experiences stay simple, coherent and distinctive. - Requirements Writing: You translate customer, business and technical input into clear, well-structured tickets that engineers can pick up and deliver without guesswork. - Backlog Management: You own and prioritise the DC backlog based on strategy, OKRs, customer needs and discovery findings. You work with the DC Team Lead on feasibility, sequencing and trade-offs, while keeping the customer and business outcome front and centre. - Performance & Experimentation: You define the DC metrics that matter and track them across key customers to see how the platform performs as a whole. You design and run A/B tests that improve the product and give us insights to help customers get more out of their DC setup. What you bring - Experience as a Product Manager in the eCommerce world - Knowing how to read and analyse data - A solid feel for dashboards, analytics, reporting, and data products. - Google Analytics skills - cart conversion, checkout conversion, payment success, AOV & UPT, ec. - The ability to translate messy input into clear direction. - Confidence working with both technical and non-technical people. - A hands-on mindset and a bias for getting things done. - Enough structure to keep things moving, and enough flexibility to adapt when needed. - Knowing AI beyond simple prompts - Knowing the difference between Product Vision and shipping features - Understand the UX & UI team and be able to apply synergy and improve designs You’ll fit if you - Own product vision, strategy and roadmap for your domain across Web and App. - Identify opportunities through customer research, analytics and experimentation. - Translate problems into measurable outcomes and prioritized initiatives. - Drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, UX, Data and Commercial teams. - Create momentum and progress in an evolving environment. - Champion AI-enabled discovery, prioritisation and product development. - Like making complex stuff simple. - Get energy from building products people actually use. - Are comfortable taking ownership and pushing things forward. - Like being the person who brings clarity, momentum, and a bit of swagger to the table. - Professional fluency in English and Dutch is a great addition AI-native product management We believe AI will fundamentally change how product, engineering and infrastructure teams discover new opportunities.
