Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years About Bandhoo Bandhoo is a technology-driven company building SaaS solutions for construction project execution and workforce management. About BOSCO BOSCO is a workforce management platform that supports attendance, productivity tracking, workforce compliance, contractor payroll, and workforce marketplace operations. Job Summary We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager – BOSCO to take ownership of BOSCO. You will work with engineering, design, and business teams to understand user needs, define product requirements, and deliver useful product improvements. Key Responsibilities · Own the BOSCO product roadmap and priorities in collaboration with the CTO and leadership team. · Manage the product lifecycle from user discovery and requirements gathering to prioritisation, development, release, and continuous improvement. · Improve marketplace matching, fulfilment, user engagement, and messaging efficiency. · Improve workflows for attendance, productivity tracking, workforce compliance, and contractor payroll. · Speak with workers, contractors, field supervisors, HR teams, and customers to understand problems and improve product usability. · Write product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria; coordinate with engineering and design teams during development. · Support sprint planning, review product builds, prioritise bugs, and help deliver releases on time. · Track product adoption, engagement, retention, matching, and fulfilment metrics to identify improvement opportunities. · Collaborate with business and operations teams to align product improvements with customer and business needs. Requirements · 1–3 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS, HRTech, workforce management, marketplaces, or operations-focused technology. · Ability to translate user and business needs into clear product requirements. · Understanding of agile product development and the software development lifecycle. Preferred Qualifications · Experience with workforce management, contractor management, payroll, or marketplace products. · Familiarity with mobile apps for field workers or offline environments. · Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, PostHog, or Amplitude. · A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
