You will be responsible for translating business objectives and customer needs into innovative product solutions, working closely with engineering, design, business, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful experiences. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, analytical skills, strong execution capabilities, and a passion for building products that solve real-world problems. Key Responsibilities1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging technology trends. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify product differentiation opportunities. Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility. 2. Product Discovery & Requirements Conduct customer interviews, user research, and feedback analysis to understand user needs. Translate business requirements and customer insights into clear product specifications. Create PRDs, user stories, workflows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to develop intuitive and user-friendly product experiences. Validate product ideas through prototypes, MVPs, and iterative testing. 3. Product Development & Delivery Work closely with engineering teams to plan, develop, test, and launch product features. Manage product backlogs, sprint priorities, and release planning. Ensure timely delivery of product initiatives while maintaining quality standards. Resolve product-related challenges and make informed trade-offs between scope, time, and resources. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure requirements are met before release. 4. Data & Performance Management Define product KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance. Analyze user behavior, adoption, engagement, retention, and customer feedback. Use data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities. Monitor feature performance and continuously optimize the user experience. 5. Stakeholder & Go-to-Market Management Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams. Support product launches, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies. Prepare product presentations, release notes, training materials, and internal documentation. Gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable product improvements. Communicate product updates, priorities, and progress to relevant stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven organizations. Proven experience managing products from discovery to launch. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and product development processes. Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
