Portfolio & Priority Ownership: Manage a multi-product portfolio and drive tough prioritization decisions based on business value, feasibility, and customer impact. Data-Grounded Execution: Establish OKRs, track product KPIs, and leverage data to guide high-stakes decision-making. Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams within an agile operating model. Stakeholder Alignment: Navigate complex organizational dynamics, working seamlessly alongside Key Account Managers, Operations, and Executive Leadership. Team Empowerment: Bring a coaching mindset to mentor team members, build product maturity, and lead through influence and empathy. What We’re Looking For 5+ years in Product Management, with proven experience at a Senior or Lead level. Industry Experience: Background owning products end-to-end within Energy, Utilities, or Regulated Infrastructure. Domain Expertise: Understanding of energy market structures, grid operations, flexibility services, or market design for regulated environments. Agile Leadership: Demonstrated success driving results in multi-disciplinary agile teams. Languages: Professional fluency in English along with Dutch and/or French. Pay: €3.046,78 - €5.539,86 per month Work Location: In person
