Job Description We are seeking a visionary, strategically-minded Senior Product Manager to lead the next evolution of NaviHealth.ai. NaviHealth.ai has the potential to become a staple in households nationwide and a core tool utilized by government entities. In this role, you will not just manage a backlog; you will own the product strategy, drive mass-market adoption, and serve as the critical bridge between internal execution teams and external strategic stakeholders. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities - Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for NaviHealth to achieve mass consumer adoption and meet government criteria. Manage agile product development process from product management point of view. Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision. Develop and maintain an understanding of the product, market, and competition. Develop product positioning and go to market strategy. Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders especially government, healthcare facilities in person, patients and other teams to shape requirements, features and products. Identify areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating features - Stakeholder & Partnership Alignment: Work closely with government agencies, healthcare partners, and internal executives to align product capabilities with regulatory requirements, public health goals, and partnership objectives. - User-Centric Growth: Deeply understand the needs of everyday households to ensure NaviHealth is accessible, intuitive, and driving high engagement.. Work with engineering and development teams to create test plans - Serve as an in-house expert for our products and become the go-to person for all functional issues - Keep abreast of the goings-on in the industry - Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision - Manage all lifecycle stages for a product from ideation through sunset, with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables are understood and releases are delivered on time - Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead product discovery, engineering alignment, and product marketing initiatives to ensure seamless, end-to-end delivery. - Analyze potential partner relationships for the product and lead the effort to integrate our applications with other leading industry systems - Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with a background in HealthTech,Agritech, Edtech, intech, GovTech, or scaling high-adoption B2C products. - Strategic Horizon: Proven ability to think long-term, tie product metrics directly to business/impact metrics, and say "no" to distractions. - High EQ & Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills—you can pitch a government official in the morning and brainstorm UI/UX tweaks with a designer in the afternoon. - Navigated Regulation: Experience dealing with data privacy (HIPAA/GDPR equivalent), compliance, or public sector procurement is a massive plus. - In-depth knowledge of Agile methodology for product development - Top notch presentation and speaking skills - Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills - Creative thinker with a vision - Attention to detail Pay: E£685,054.00 - E£1,475,970.00 per year Work Location: In person
