Product Manager

Обязанности:

• Develop and implement product strategies for road construction equipment across the Central Asian market.
• Deliver technical and commercial training programs for dealers, sales teams, and customers.
• Prepare technical proposals, product presentations, and equipment recommendations based on customer requirements.
• Support product launches, demonstrations, exhibitions, and marketing activities to increase market share.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and product improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and dealer teams to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Требования:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Equipment, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, technical sales, product support, or marketing within the construction equipment industry.
• Strong knowledge of road construction equipment, including pavers, rollers, milling machines, motor graders, and asphalt plants.
• Experience in conducting technical training and supporting dealer networks. Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Kazakh, English and Russian languages with willingness to travel across Central Asia and internationally when required. Условия:
