We're embarking on an exciting transformation journey and are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Growth & Partnerships team in a newly created role. This is a rare opportunity to build product management capability from the ground up and play a key role in delivering Care Connect's five-year strategic ambition. You'll work at the intersection of client experience, growth, operations, finance and innovation to develop products and service offerings that create meaningful value for our clients while supporting organisational growth and sustainability. About the role Reporting to the Head of Growth & Partnerships, the Product Manager will lead the development, launch and continuous improvement of products and service offerings across the organisation. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll translate client insights, market opportunities and strategic priorities into practical, scalable and commercially sustainable products that improve outcomes for older Australians. This role spans the full product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and defining value propositions through to testing, implementation, adoption, performance monitoring and lifecycle management. Key responsibilities - Build strong relationships with stakeholders across client experience, operations, finance, quality, marketing, digital and governance teams. - Translate client insights, service design outputs and market intelligence into practical product solutions. - Develop product concepts, value propositions, business requirements and implementation plans. - Support product communication, change management and organisational adoption. - Coordinate product development, testing, piloting, launch and adoption activities. - Establish and monitor product performance measures, including client outcomes, adoption, quality and commercial performance. - Analyse data, stakeholder feedback and market trends to drive continuous improvement. - Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes, service accessibility, operational efficiency and sustainable growth. - Develop and maintain product strategies, roadmaps and lifecycle plans aligned with organisational priorities. - Recommend whether products should be improved, scaled, enhanced or retired based on performance and evidence. About you You'll be a curious, commercially minded and client-focused professional who enjoys turning ideas into practical solutions. You're equally comfortable analysing data, facilitating stakeholder conversations and navigating ambiguity to deliver outcomes. You have a strong understanding of product development and the ability to balance client needs, operational realities and commercial sustainability. To be successful, you will have: - Experience in Product Management, Service Design, Innovation, Project Delivery or a similar role. - Experience developing and implementing new products, services or customer experiences. - The ability to translate customer insights, business priorities and market opportunities into practical solutions. - Strong commercial acumen, including an understanding of product performance, sustainability and value creation. - Experience using data, customer feedback and performance measures to inform decisions. - Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. - Strong project planning, organisation and delivery capability. - Experience working collaboratively across multiple business functions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Confidence working in an environment where new ideas are tested, refined and improved. Highly regarded - Experience within aged care, home care, healthcare, disability, community services or other human services sectors. - Experience in service design, customer experience, innovation or business transformation. - Qualifications or certifications in Product Management, Service Design, Agile, Change Management, Project Management or Continuous Improvement. - Knowledge of aged care funding, regulation and service delivery models.
