Role Description The Documentation and Training Engineer (VoIP/Networking) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Prefecture of Casablanca. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining clear, accurate technical documentation, including product guides, installation manuals, configuration instructions, and troubleshooting materials for VoIP and networking solutions. The engineer will design and deliver training content, such as presentations, tutorials, and labs, to internal teams, partners, and customers, ensuring effective product adoption and use. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with engineering, product management, and support teams to gather technical information, updating documents to reflect new features and releases, and improving documentation structure and accessibility. The role also involves supporting knowledge bases, ensuring document consistency and version control, and contributing to user education initiatives that enhance customer experience. Qualifications - Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., French or Arabic) are a plus. - Ability to create and maintain high-quality Technical Documentation and Manuals focused on VoIP and networking products. - Strong Technical Writing skills with experience producing clear, user-friendly Documentation for technical and non-technical audiences. - Experience with Document Management practices and tools to organize, version, and publish documentation assets. - Solid understanding of VoIP, SIP, IP networking, and related protocols, plus familiarity with unified communications and networking hardware. - Experience developing and delivering technical training (in-person and/or virtual), including slide decks, lab guides, and tutorials. - Proficiency with documentation and training tools - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, cross-functional team.
