This role works closely with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to deliver high-quality, consumer-focused products that drive growth and competitiveness. Key Responsibilities: Lead product development and lifecycle management (innovation, renovation, cost optimization). Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and track competitor activity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, compliant product launches. Manage project timelines, budgets, and profitability targets. Monitor post-launch performance and recommend improvements. Present business cases and updates to senior management while mentoring team members. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Food Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). 3–5 years’ FMCG experience in product development, innovation, or brand management. Strong knowledge of consumer insights, product lifecycle, and regulatory standards. Proven skills in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement. Strategic thinker with strong leadership, business acumen, and creativity.
