Job Requirements: Provide full support to production development team and responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of asset management products with a strong focus on Hong Kong authorized public funds. Handle the full cycle of Hong Kong authorized fund establishment. Conduct in-depth competitive fund analysis and peer comparison to identify market trends and product gaps. Product governance and compliance: Ensure ongoing use and compliance with Product policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent. 4 to 6 years’ experience in asset management with a good understanding of various forms of fund structure and different investment strategies, asset classes and instruments. Ideally with knowledge of investment, operations and regulations related to public funds in Hong Kong. Clear understanding of retail and institutional customers’ needs and expectations, as well as strong project management skills, ability to manage competing priorities to tight deadlines. Strong knowledge of the international asset management industry with solid experience in launching, registering, operating, amending fund products in Hong Kong and product life cycle management with renowned fund houses. Proven track record of successful product development and management. Demonstrates high attention to detail and seeks continual improvement and efficiency in delivery of processes. Good initiative and with strong sense of responsibility. Strong relationship management skills with all levels internally and externally. Excellent command of Putonghua and English. Full-time
