In this role, you will drive the development of new textile products, oversee project lifecycles from conception to launch, and collaborate across departments to ensure product excellence. Your energetic approach and strong organizational skills will help us deliver high-quality, market-leading home textile solutions that delight our customers and elevate our brand presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence product innovation while managing complex projects within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with product development from initial concept through final production handoff Communicate with overseas factories regarding new developments, samples, revisions and approvals Create and maintain product development trackers Follow up on sample status and development timelines Organize and track fabric, color, print, construction and packaging approvals Prepare clear comments and revision instructions for factories Assist with costing and maintain costing information Review samples for construction, measurements, color and overall execution Coordinate packaging, labels, inserts, hangtags and other product detailsHelp prepare product presentations and customer submissions Maintain organized product files, specifications and reference materials Work closely with design, sales, sourcing and production teams Support development of both soft home and hard goods categories What Makes You Special: Product development experience; home textiles or home products strongly preferred but not required Understanding of bedding, bath, throws, pillows or related home categories is a plus Experience communicating with overseas factories is highly preferred Strong organizational and follow-up skills Excellent attention to detail Comfortable managing many SKUs and developments at once Ability to understand product specifications, measurements and construction details Good written communication skills and ability to provide clear factory comments Ability to work independently and take ownership of follow-up Your energetic drive combined with your detailed understanding of program management will make a significant impact on our success as we deliver exceptional products that transform living spaces worldwide.
