Advanced Figma skills, including components, variants, prototyping, anddesign systems. Experience designing responsive websites and mobile applications. Understanding of user journeys, interaction design, usability, and accessibility. Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured solutions. Experience collaborating with developers, Product teams, and businessstakeholders. Strong documentation and communication skills. Familiarity with component-based product development. Demonstrated AI fluency or the ability to adopt AI-assisted design workflowsquickly. Preferred experience: React Native or mobile product design. Contentful or another headless CMS. E-commerce, membership, loyalty, or retail platforms. Design tokens and coded component libraries. Usability testing and behavioral analytics. Functional prototyping or basic frontend literacy. AI-assisted development tools and workflows. Pay: $118,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Experience: Product Designer: 8 years (Required) AI models: 3 years (Required) Designing responsive websites: 5 years (Required) Mobile applications: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
