Product Designer Lead

About the role:

We're hiring a Product Designer Lead to keep momentum on our roadmap. This is a hands-on individual contributor role that can potentially become a People Lead role . You'll own features end-to-end, partnering closely with Product and Engineering.

You must be within CET ±2 hours

⏰This is a full time role with a flexible schedule, you must be available every working day between 8 am and 12 pm EST.

Who we are looking for

5+ years of Product Design experience.

-

Experience in people management and a genuine interest in growing as a people leader.

Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products.

-

Portfolio showcasing workflow-heavy products rather than marketing websites.

-

Experience working within an established design system.

-

Strong interaction and visual design skills.

-

Comfortable owning projects independently in a remote/distributed team.

-

Clear written communication and documentation skills.

-

Experience handing off designs to engineering.

-

Experience conducting usability testing.

Nice to have:

-

Experience with two-sided marketplaces or multi-sided platforms.

Experience in creator economy, influencer marketing, or paid social.

-

Familiarity with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads products.

Exposure to AI-powered or AI-assisted product experiences.

Responsibilities

-

Own product design from discovery through high-fidelity designs and production-ready specifications.

-

Design end-to-end user flows and interactive prototypes in Figma.

-

Own a defined area of the roadmap across our Client Experience and Creator Experience pods.

-

Work within and evolve our existing design system.

-

Collaborate closely with PMs, Engineers and two Product Designers in an async environment.

-

Participate in design reviews and provide thoughtful feedback.

Run lightweight usability testing when needed.
