KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Welcome and engage customers professionally and provide a warm, positive experience. Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products and solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain product features and benefits. Assist customers throughout their store experience and handle enquiries. Maintain a high standard of customer service and store presentation. Support in-store activations, workshops, events and promotional activities. Follow up with customers and assist with lead generation and conversion. Maintain accurate customer records and prepare basic daily/weekly reports. Work closely with the team to achieve store KPIs and deliver a smooth customer experience. REQUIREMENTS Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, presentable and customer-oriented. Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn. Comfortable working on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays. Able to work independently as well as part of a team. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply.
