The Opportunity We're seeking a Manager, Product Catalog Operations to lead FOCO's product catalog, SKU lifecycle, and product data governance capabilities across our growing business. This role will serve as the central owner of catalog operations and product master data, ensuring accurate, consistent, and scalable product information across ERP, retailer, inventory, reporting, and business systems. You'll partner across Sales Operations, Product Development, Supply Chain, EDI, Licensing, Finance, and Inventory Management to improve data quality, enable better decision making, and support profitable growth. What You'll Do · Own FOCO's end-to-end product catalog and SKU lifecycle management processes. · Establish governance standards for product master data, product hierarchies, attributes, GTINs, UPCs, and catalog controls. · Lead new product onboarding, catalog maintenance, product changes, and product retirement processes. · Drive product data quality initiatives, audits, reporting, and continuous improvement programs. · Partner with Product Development and Licensing teams to ensure accurate product setup and launch readiness. · Collaborate with Sales Operations, Sales, and Finance to improve product reporting, assortment visibility, and margin analysis. · Support retailer item setup and onboarding processes across key retail partners. · Identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, and system enhancements. · Serve as the organization's subject matter expert for product catalog management, SKU governance, and product data operations. What We're Looking For · 5+ years of experience in Product Catalog Management, Product Operations, Master Data Management, SKU Lifecycle Management, Retail Operations, or Supply Chain Operations. · Experience managing large product assortments within consumer products, licensed merchandise, sporting goods, apparel, collectibles, retail, or e-commerce environments. · Working knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM), Master Data Management (MDM), SKU governance, GTIN/UPC management, product hierarchies, and product lifecycle management. · Experience supporting retailer onboarding and item setup processes. · Familiarity with platforms such as Walmart Supplier One, Retail Link, Sam's Club IDM, Target Partners Online (POL), Amazon Vendor Central, Syndigo, 1WorldSync, GDSN, Salsify, Akeneo, or similar systems. · Strong Excel and data analysis skills, including large dataset management and reporting. · Experience working with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems. · Excellent analytical, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills.
