Role: Provide technical support and product application assistance to customers and the Sales team. Conduct product testing, application trials, and performance evaluations. Evaluate customer requirements and recommend appropriate products, formulations, or application methods. Troubleshoot product performance and application-related issues and recommend corrective actions. Conduct on-site customer visits, product demonstrations, and application trials when required. Monitor and document product performance, test results, customer feedback, and technical concerns. Collaborate with R&D in product development, improvement, testing, and optimization. Assist in developing technical specifications, product data sheets, application guidelines, and other technical documentation. Conduct technical presentations and product training for customers, Sales personnel, and other relevant stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends, customer requirements, and developments in adhesives, biofuels, and coconut-based products. Ensure that product applications and recommendations comply with company standards, quality requirements, and applicable regulations. Perform other technical and product-related duties as assigned.
