This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare regulations, market dynamics, and consumer behavior, with a focus on driving growth, brand equity, and market share. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy Development : Create and implement brand positioning, messaging and identity aligned with corporate objectives. Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee product launches, portfolio optimization and end-to-end lifecycle strategies. Market Research : Conduct competitive analysis, consumer insights and trend monitoring to inform decision-making. Marketing Campaigns : Design and execute integrated campaigns across digital and print channels. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all branding and product communication adheres to healthcare regulations and ethical standards. Performance Tracking : Monitor KPIs, ROI, and market performance to optimize strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing , Business Administration , Pharmacy , or related field. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in pharma or consumer healthcare brand management. Proven track record in product launches and brand building . Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Desired Attributes Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation .
