What you'll do: TheAssistant Buyer plays a key role in supporting the procurement operations. This position is responsible for assisting in sourcing materials, coordinating with suppliers, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery to meet production schedules. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. "1. Assist direct /indirect supplies based on production requirements. 2.Outsourcing Management 3. Assist in preparing and issuing purchase orders based on approved requisitions. 4. Communicate with suppliers regarding quotations, lead times, order confirmations, and delivery issues. 5. Maintain accurate procurement records including PO logs, supplier data, and pricing history. 6. Assist in supplier evaluation and onboarding processes in collaboration with the quality department. 7. Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and ISO or other industry standards 8. Assist in preparing procurement reports and data analysis for management review 9. Participate in continuous improvement activities related to procurement and supply chain efficiency. 10.Carry out tasks assigned by supervisor."
