[Key Responsibilities] Manage end-to-end sourcing and purchasing activities for plant operations, including purchase requisition (PR) review, RFQ issuance, supplier evaluation and selection, purchase order (PO) issuance, and delivery follow-up. Develop and maintain supplier relationships and support supplier performance management, development, and risk mitigation. Conduct market analysis and monitor price trends, supply risks, and industry developments to support effective procurement strategies. Support implementation and continuous improvement of procurement systems, processes, and governance. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, safety requirements, and local regulations in all procurement activities. [Required Qualifications] Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. min. 5–max.10 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP systems is preferred. Upper-intermediate English proficiency or above, both written and verbal. (Ability to actively participate in English-language meetings, conference calls, and email communication.) Experience working with multinational companies (MNCs) or global procurement organizations is preferred.
