Procurement Manager – Shared Services
Job Summary We are looking for a Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations within a Shared Services / Global Business Services (GBS) environment, supporting regional business functions with a primary focus on Marketing procurement . The role will oversee procurement operations, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, compliance, spend management, and continuous process improvement while ensuring SLA, KPI, and service delivery standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee end-to-end procurement operations including PR, PO, vendor onboarding, contracts, and invoice management. Manage and develop a procurement operations team , ensuring SLA/KPI achievement and quality service delivery. Partner with regional stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations . Oversee vendor management, evaluation, due diligence, negotiations, and contract renewals. Lead procurement activities for marketing campaigns, media buying, branding, events, sponsorships, and digital initiatives . Drive cost optimization, spend management, vendor consolidation, and procurement efficiency . Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, internal controls, regulatory, and audit requirements . Develop and monitor procurement KPIs, SLA performance, spend reports, and operational dashboards . Identify process gaps and drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across regional procurement operations. Act as a key escalation point for complex procurement and vendor-related issues. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing , or related field. 6–10+ years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Procurement Operations, or Vendor Management. 2+ years in a managerial/team leadership role . Strong experience in Shared Services / GBS / regional or global procurement operations . Experience managing Marketing or Corporate Services procurement is highly preferred. Experience in FinTech, banking, financial services, or technology is an advantage. MANDARIN-SPEAKING – MUST HAVE for communication with Mandarin-speaking regional stakeholders and vendors. Strong people management, stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills . Proven experience managing SLA/KPI-driven operations and process improvement initiatives .
