Key Responsibilities Russian-speaking candidate required with good English communication skills. Handle end-to-end procurement from purchase requisition to supplier payment. Source and evaluate suppliers for food, beverages, packaging, cleaning materials, and other F&B requirements . Request and compare quotations and negotiate prices, quality, payment terms, and delivery conditions . Select approved suppliers and issue Purchase Orders (POs) . Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and correct quantities/specifications. Coordinate with Kitchen, Stores, Operations, Finance, and Management . Check product quality, freshness, shelf life, specifications, and food-safety documentation. Resolve delivery, quality, pricing, and supplier issues . Coordinate PO, GRN/Delivery Note, and Invoice matching with Finance. Monitor stock levels, consumption, and market prices to avoid stock-outs or overstocking . Maintain supplier records, quotations, price lists, POs, and procurement reports. Monitor supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities . Full Procurement Cycle Requirement → Supplier Sourcing → RFQ/Quotation → Comparison → Negotiation → Approval → PO → Delivery Follow-up → Quality Check → GRN → Invoice Matching → Payment → Supplier Performance Requirements Russian Speaker – Fluent Russian required. Good English communication skills . 3–5+ years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, restaurant, or catering . Strong supplier negotiation and relationship-management skills. Good knowledge of F&B products, suppliers, inventory, and cost control. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems . Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Language: Russian (Required) Work Location: In person
