We specialize in delivering high-quality residential, commercial, hospitality, and luxury projects across the UAE. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Procurement Manager to join our growing team. What We’re Looking For The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing procurement operations, sourcing materials and subcontractors, negotiating contracts, controlling project costs, and ensuring timely delivery of materials for interior fit-out and joinery projects. We need a procurement professional who: Develop and implement procurement strategies for fit-out and joinery projects. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors. Obtain competitive quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing. Manage procurement schedules to meet project deadlines. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Coordinate with project managers, designers, estimators, and site teams. Monitor material quality, delivery schedules, and supplier performance. Prepare and maintain procurement reports, budgets, and cost analyses. Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities : Source, negotiate, and secure high-quality materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and project-specific items. Conduct market research to stay updated on new materials, trends, and premium brands. Coordinate closely with design and project teams to ensure accurate material specifications and timely deliveries. Manage purchase orders, logistics, and documentation with precision. Ensure all materials meet project standards, budgets, and timelines. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 6 years of procurement experience , preferably in interior fit-out and joinery projects within the UAE. Strong knowledge of local suppliers, materials, and subcontractor markets. Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. Strong analytical and cost-control abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP procurement systems. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Valid UAE driving license will be an advantage.
