The successful candidate will be responsible for protecting the company's commercial interests, managing contracts, controlling project costs, maximizing profitability, and ensuring timely and accurate commercial reporting. Key Responsibilities - Manage commercial activities from tender stage through project completion. - Review and administer main contracts, subcontract agreements, and purchase orders. - Manage project costs, budgets, cash flow, and profitability. - Prepare and manage variations, claims, valuations, and final accounts. - Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations and agreements. - Monitor project costs and identify commercial risks and opportunities. - Prepare monthly commercial reports for management. - Coordinate with Project Management, QS, Procurement, Estimation, and Finance teams. - Ensure proper contractual documentation and compliance with project requirements. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is mandatory. - Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in fit-out, interior contracting, renovation, or construction Contract & Commercial Management is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of contracts, variations, claims, valuations, cost control, and final accounts. - Experience in managing subcontractors and suppliers. - Strong negotiation, communication, and commercial management skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month Experience: - Construction: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
