We are seeking a procurement professional with strong experience in contracting, construction, interior design, art, or design-related projects, capable of handling sourcing, vendor management, negotiation, purchasing, and project procurement from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Manage procurement activities for project materials, products, services, and subcontracted works. Liaise with clients, project teams, and department heads to understand specifications, quantities, budgets, and project timelines. Source and evaluate local and international suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, and service providers. Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and commercial conditions. Prepare and manage purchase requisitions, LPOs/POs, quotation comparisons, and procurement documentation. Develop and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships. Coordinate closely with Design, Operations, Estimation, Accounts, and Project Management teams. Monitor procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining required quality standards. Track orders, production, shipments, and deliveries to ensure materials arrive according to project schedules. Coordinate samples, material approvals, specifications, finishes, and modifications with suppliers and project teams. Identify potential procurement risks, delays, or supply issues and arrange suitable alternatives. Ensure purchased materials and services meet approved project specifications and quality requirements. Maintain accurate vendor databases, procurement records, contracts, quotations, invoices, and payment documentation. Prepare procurement reports, supplier evaluations, cost comparisons, and regular updates for management. Support project teams throughout the project lifecycle and ensure procurement activities contribute to timely and profitable project delivery. Requirements Minimum 3–4 years of relevant procurement experience. Previous experience in contracting, construction, interior design, art, or design-related industries is required. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier sourcing, vendor management, and cost estimation. Strong negotiation and commercial skills. Experience handling project-based procurement and working with multiple suppliers and subcontractors. Good understanding of materials, finishes, specifications, and project requirements. Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and reporting skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and procurement requirements simultaneously. Qatar/GCC procurement and supplier-market experience is preferred. Location: Doha, Qatar Position: Procurement Manager Company: Artevo Consulting & Trading W.L.L.
